Service description

PlanITPoker provides a free online planning poker tool for agile estimation. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt rooms or infrastructure
• Do not upload harmful or abusive content in story titles

Session data

Estimation rooms are temporary. We may remove inactive rooms and are not responsible for data loss in ephemeral sessions.

Limitation of liability

PlanITPoker is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the free service, including estimation decisions made by your team.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
